I thought I’d start a separate page of tips and websites that may help those who are searching.
Name Search Sites
Name Search Tips
I Google first – before any site. If you put the name in ” ” – it will keep it together – you will get far more accurate results by typing in “Mary Smith” than you will Mary Smith. If you know the location you can type “Mary Smith” and “Scranton, PA”. Try every variance you can think of. I found someone’s family by typing “Baby boy” “Adoption” “June 15, 1977”.

Adoption Registry Tips
You can also Google “Adoption Registry” and “Pennsylvania”, etc., which will direct you to more localized or obscure registries.
If you have information or sites that can help, please let me know and I will add them to this list. If anyone has any good military-related reunion resource information available, that would be very helpful. Thank you!
